Dr. Brian Glymph was born in Greenwood, SC, but grew up in a small town in north Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1994 and attended Louisiana State University medical school in Shreveport. After completing medical school in 1998, he then did his residency in obstetrics and gynecology also at LSU. Following completion of his residency in 2002, he moved to Nacogdoches where he resides with his wife and children.
Dr. Ben Thompson graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010 and attended medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology in 2018 at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School in Houston, and returned home to Nacogdoches to practice alongside his role model and father, Dr. Charles (Tony) Thompson.
Dr. Ben Thompson is a general OB/GYN who provides a wide range of women’s health services. He cares for women during both normal and problem pregnancies and focuses on delivering healthy babies. He performs women’s preventive care exams, provides prenatal care, counsels on family planning and contraception, and performs minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including robotic surgery.
“My goal is to provide compassionate women’s health services to women in Nacogdoches County and all of East Texas,” Dr. Thompson said. “I look forward to developing strong relationships with my patients that can continue for the next 30 or 40 years.”
In his free time, Dr. Thompson enjoys hunting and fishing with his family and rooting for his alma mater Texas Longhorns.
Dr. Charles Thompson has practiced in East Texas since 1986. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1978 and attended medical school at LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport. He completed his residency in OB/GYN at LSU in 1986. He has been caring for the women of Nacogdoches since then.
His practice is currently limited to office gynecology.
Dr. Tony Thompson takes a special interest in preventative health and well woman care. Outside of the office, Dr. Thompson enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

After thirty-seven years of practicing medicine in Nacogdoches, Dr. Haskins retired on June 15, 2020. He leaves his patients in the very capable hands of Drs. Thompson and Glymph. These fine physicians will provide you with a compassionate and knowledgeable level of care.
